What is the Leave for Recovery?

This is the notice given by a landlord to the tenant to end the lease in order to live in the dwelling himself or to have it lived in by an ascendant or descendant. The notice period is 6 months prior to the end of the lease. However, if it is delivered after an acquisition there will be an obligation to maintain the tenant at least two years in the housing.
